Welcome to Realife Cooperative of Lake Stevens!

This will be our first coopreative community in the Pacific Northwest! We are currently in the marketing phase of this complex. We are accepting Reservations at this time. Realife Lake Stevens will be ideally located off 101st and Chapel Hill, near shopping and restaurants.

The cooperative community will feature:

• 3 story complex, plus underground heated parking
• 36 bright & spacious homes
• Variety of floor plans
• An array of common areas including great room with fully equipped kitchen for large groups, fitness center, woodshop, library, common area deck with gas grill, guest suite, craft room, indoor heated garage with car wash bay and outdoor gardens.
