Welcome to Realife Cooperative of Hibbing South!

We recently opened on September 23rd and have ONLY three units available.

Realife Hibbing South is the second Realife cooperative in Hibbing. The first has had such a great response, which now has a waitlist, another Realife was needed. Hibbing South is located  South of 169, behind Wal-Mart & Iron Gate Mall.

The cooperative community features:

• 3 story complex, plus an underground heated garage
• 22 bright & spacious units (homes)
• Variety of floor plans ranging from 1,085 sq ft. to 1,521 sq. ft.
